Cancellation Policy for Longer Term Stays:
Reservations for 21-29 nights - 96% Refund on Deposit if Cancelled at least 120 days before arrival :
- Reservations booked through Hale-Hina.com, for 21-29 nights, that are cancelled 120 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a 96% refund. The 4% remainder covers the cost of the credit card processing fees. Our merchant bank does not reimburse the processing fees when we issue a credit on a previous transaction.
- Reservations cancelled between 90 and 119 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total deposit amounts paid to date.
- If your reservation is paid in full, and cancellation is less than 90 days before your scheduled arrival, we will retain the total Rental Deposit and all Rental Amounts plus their applicable taxes. 96% of the cleaning fee (plus taxes) and Damage Deposit will be refunded to you, if your cancellation is made prior to your arrival.
- Any refunds due will be processed before 14 days after your originally scheduled departure date.
